Services

Better Air Spokane provides air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, filter-related services, and related indoor air quality services.

All services are subject to availability, service area, property access, safety conditions, and final confirmation by Better Air Spokane.

Eligibility and Authorization

You must be at least 18 years old or have authority from the property owner, tenant, property manager, or responsible party to request services.

By scheduling service, you confirm that you are authorized to allow Better Air Spokane to access the property and perform the requested work.

Quotes and Pricing

Prices may vary based on home size, number of systems, accessibility, service type, property conditions, promotions, discounts, or additional work requested.

We do our best to provide clear pricing before service begins. If conditions are different than expected, we may discuss updated pricing or service recommendations before proceeding.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, weather, staffing, equipment issues, unsafe work conditions, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are expected to provide reasonable notice for cancellations, rescheduling, access issues, or changes to the requested work.

Access and Work Areas

By scheduling service, you authorize Better Air Spokane to access the areas reasonably necessary to perform the requested work. This may include vents, returns, furnace areas, utility rooms, basements, crawlspaces, attics, garages, laundry areas, dryer vents, or other related spaces.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to work areas.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, inaccessible areas, fragile or improperly installed components, pest activity, mold, disconnected ductwork, unsafe wiring, unsafe work areas, or other hazards not caused by Better Air Spokane.

Use of Utilities

You authorize Better Air Spokane to use reasonable amounts of electricity, lights, outlets, water, or other standard utilities as needed to perform service.

Better Air Spokane is not responsible for problems caused by outdated, overloaded, damaged, or improperly installed electrical systems, outlets, breakers, or utilities.

Photos and Documentation

We may take photos or notes related to the service, including before-and-after photos, equipment photos, access areas, ducts, vents, dryer vents, furnace areas, or other relevant service details.

These photos or notes may be used for service documentation, customer communication, quality control, training, internal business records, or to help explain findings and recommendations.

We will avoid intentionally sharing personal or sensitive household information in public marketing materials without appropriate care.

Communications

By submitting your phone number, email address, or other contact information, you agree that Better Air Spokane may contact you about your inquiry, quote, appointment, service, invoice, customer support request, or related business matter.

Communication may occur by phone, email, text message, voicemail, or other reasonable methods.

SMS/MMS text messages are sent when you opt in or when otherwise permitted by law. Promotional text messages, review requests, special-offer texts, seasonal reminder texts, and occasional promotional messages require SMS consent.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Better Air Spokane. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
