Negative-air collection
We connect collection equipment so loosened dust and debris is pulled toward the collection point.
Step 3
Compressed-air agitation
We use compressed-air tools through vents and ductwork we can reach to move built-up dust and debris toward the collection equipment.
Step 4
Furnace/blower-area cleaning
We clean accessible furnace/blower-area items included with duct cleaning. This is not gas work, burner service, heat exchanger inspection, or HVAC repair.

Do I need to count every vent before booking?
No. Air duct cleaning is priced by home square footage, not by the number of vents.
How often should air ducts actually be cleaned?
Better Air does not push duct cleaning on every home every few years. With a good, well-sealed filter setup, many homes may only need duct cleaning roughly every 10-15 years. Remodeling dust, pests, heavy debris, dirty returns, filter bypass, or unusual system conditions can change that.
What can change the air duct cleaning quote?
If your home is over 5,000 square feet, please call or text before scheduling. Additional furnaces are priced separately. Commercial, multi-unit, or unusual jobs should also be checked by phone or text first.
Can duct cleaning help with dust or allergies?
Air duct cleaning can remove built-up dust and debris from accessible ductwork, but it should not be counted on to fix allergies or every dust problem in the home.
Is Benefect included?
